Small High-efficiency Packaged Biomass Boiler

Packaged biomass boiler features sufficient combustion and high thermal efficiency. Small biomass boiler generally adopts manual feeding, and thus features low fuel pretreatment cost.

Packaged Biomass Boiler Structure

It adopts advanced technologies such as membrane wall, "S" shaped combustion chamber, "W" shaped flue duct, etc. It is a single drum fixed grate boiler, including drum, membrane wall, downcomer, header, feeding port, combustion chamber, first pass fire tube, second pass fire tube, front smoke box, rear smoke box, base, etc. The combustion chamber includes front furnace, middle combustion chamber, and flue gas conversion chamber. Membrane wall structure improves the heat transfer effect and reduce heat loss. The flue gas from the furnace passes through fire tube, flue duct, economizer, dust collector and chimney.

Packaged Biomass Boiler Flue Gas Flow

Biomass fuel enters the front furnace through the feeding port, and the burnt fine ash residue falls into the wind chamber. The air is blown into the bottom air chamber by a FD fan. High-temperature flue gas conducts radiation heat transfer with the water wall of front furnace.
